Terms of use – ECP Connect

The ECP Connect mobile application (the “App”) is provided to you by Mallcomm Limited (“Mallcomm”) on behalf of Eurocommercial Properties Belgium S.A. (“Eurocommercial”). 

Your use of the App is subject to the Mallcomm Terms of Use, which are available [here][link to Mallcomm terms between the tenant user and Mallcomm]. By accessing or using the App, you also agree to the following additional terms. 

• Eurocommercial or Mallcomm may alter, suspend, or terminate your use of the App at any time at its discretion without notice to you.    
• You will provide any information or documentation requested by Eurocommercial via the App in a timely manner. You represent and warrant that any such information you provide to Eurocommercial is complete, accurate, and reliable.
• You are and will remain, under all circumstances, solely responsible for the content you transmit, the use of the App and all activities undertaken under your account.
• Any questions, complaints, or concerns regarding the App’s functionality should be directed to Mallcomm.

The above terms supplement, and are subject to, those set out in the tenancy agreement between the tenant and Eurocommercial.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.
