Prepare properly for a successful collection:

Book your 15-minute time slot BY CLICKING HERE. This step is now mandatory before coming to the shopping center on collection day.
Prepare your books and/or up to 15 clothes from accepted brands, in perfect condition.
Go to our stand at your appointment time, sell your items, and receive a Woluwe Shopping Gift Card equivalent to their estimated value.

Limited number of items per person
To ensure a fast and fair service for everyone, we will examine and estimate a maximum of 15 items (clothing and/or books) per person.

Book buy-back conditions

Your books must be in French and in perfect condition:

no faded or torn covers
no broken binding
no highlighted pages
no loose or torn pages
no yellowed or water-damaged pages
no library books
no school textbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, or travel guides

Clothing buy-back conditions

Your clothes must be:

in perfect condition, clean and ironed
no signs of wear, holes, stains, tears or pilling
no discoloration, repairs, or fading
buttons and zippers must be functional
no bags, shoes, underwear, accessories, or animal fur
your clothes must have brand, size, and composition labels
